It Continues

My murmuring continues further from the previous post...

As I travel along, I often see a place differently with the help of my camera, it is partly due to my perception, and sometimes because of the environmental changes.

I do not have much talking with the animals in Cerok Tokun recently, they either fly or leap too fast to listen to me or to reply a greeting. But I have spent some moments wondering around the corner of the sky. Yes, wondering while wandering around. The view on Mengkuang Dam, due to the distance, is easily affected by the weather. My earlier post did not manage to present her clearly due to the haze; as heavy rainfall temporary washing away the haze, she was then masked by mist in this early morning, she changed her look again in the warmth of morning sun later on.

Of course, my camera would like to tell you the story in different depths and colours, but it chose also not to tell you the full story due to its limitation. It look very quiet, but Mengkuang Dam is in fact always packed with people who come for jogging, kayaking, Tai Ci and so on.

As I moved my lens further backward, you must then see and feel differently. You are breathing more freely, and you are released, from the forest to the next heaven.

I like the last one. It is not visible if without the help of technology. How do you think about the waterscape? Or you might have forgotten about her presence.

We can be distracted and lose our focus very easily. And we can see and feel the same thing very differently at different time.

If you see the other half very differently this day, your love one is still actually the same person, except you are under illusion...

So true that it is often our own perception or focus that changes our view... I believe you generally find what you're looking for -or trying earnestly to avoid -if that is where you are focused.

That's a quite powerful tele lens you have there! It's good to see a scenery in different depth. Beautiful. :)

Is that Mengkuang dam?

I haven't been to FRIM or any hiking trails for awhile.

it is from the forest to the next heaven indeed, the water has a very calming effect and the mountains around it make it more peaceful.

When we go out to places like this our cameras are our best friends. They can help us tell a story that only we saw. Sometimes our best friend is very deceptive though.

Kirigalpoththa: But I hope you do like all of them. lol.

Heather Dugan: Perception always controls our thinking once it got to stay since the first minutes in our mind. Sigh...

Bangchik and Kakdah: Seeing the faraway tells a different story. That is why we need aeriel views very often.

Icy BC: When you are in love, this is the feeling. Hahaha.

VanillaSeven: I am using no powerful tele-lens, again my pictures have fooled you further.

Mei Teng: Yes, it is mengkuang Dam where we had the latest by-election.

betchai: I can find heaven in most of your pictures. They are so great and beautiful.

Ratty: I think you must have that experience as well. Somehow, the camera is my best best who walk together with me and help negotiating with the nature.

You have another great post to show us the beauty of nature, the faraway view of Mengkuang Dam is fantastic.

Each picture seems to unfold its own tale.. about the sky, the mountains and the dam.. oh and those beautiful ferns too.. that curls at the edge resembling Thai roofs.

They are all wonderful pics.. unique and beautiful in their own way. Thanks for sharing.. ^__^

Rose Ragai: Thanks for the comment. It is great to have you around all the while.

CH: It is raining right now. I cannot find Cerok Tokun from my window. David Copperfield has somehow moved it magically.

Harumi: Thai roofs? You mean you, someone from SL, have some knowledge on Thai roofs? Great!!!

hehe.. it's nothing big. I do see them all the time.. especially the ornate Wat (temple) roofs in most of Southeast Asian countries.. I really admire their craftsmanship. And it's a lot different from the temple architecture in our part of the world.

Actually Rain I do get to visit so many stunning places around the world, virtually though, thanks to my job. I've visited your country too, via the net.. =D Since my job requires online research and writing. hehe.. So yep, I'm pretty much familiar with them. ^__^

Seeing from your perspective, your world looks spectacular, and beautiful.

Now, only if everyone just loves his/her world too; then there will be peace!
