I Am Actually A Guest

I used this picture as a wallpaper but it turned out to frighten my colleague away. Is the grasshopper so ugly, with the left and right of its face so well-balanced and symmetrical, as how I have found myself in the mirror?

I have had so far dark brown, green and orange grasshoppers in my checklist. There maybe some pink, purple, or blue grasshoppers in the wild. Why not? Life is so colorful!

Nevertheless, this insect refused to leave when I said bye-bye, I had to stamp my feet instead, but it chose to stay not too far away, watching at me:

“Hi friend, I am actually your host.”

These are wonderful pictures of your host. I don't understand how his picture could frighten your colleague. You did a wonderful job with all of these photos.

Yellow grasshopper? I haven't seen one like that. Sexy pink like the heliconia? That would be really interesting.

I can assure you, he is very charming..ugly never crossed my mind. Birds are just lovely models..these guys have charisma! Their expressions are priceless! You maybe catch your subjects when lost..I take advantage when they've lost a battle (heh heh)-:))

I think your colleague's just not fond of insects? And definitely not know how to appreciate the art of photography! NICE!

It must be good I can put both yours and the face of the grasshopper side by side.

Wow, I never was particularly attracted to grasshoppers but your photos of this little guy ( or could it be a gal? ) show such a cute, expressive critter. I think I'm falling in love.

That was an awesome shot! Great Macro Shot! Maybe it is too sharp and look so real that they were scared it will jump out of your monitor.

Love that last pic the best. The rusty colors look like a red carpet rolled out for this lil VIP here. ^__^
