Happy New Year of the Pig

Life goes on.

Mushrooms do. I do.

I managed another 19km mileage before rain started to fall. I told Alice.

What is 19km?

If view under microscope, it is the path between two spores in a mushroom world. Zig zag sometimes, straight line always. It becomes longer if the immediate next spore flies away.

And so I said 19km is elastic.

What if I get hold of the flying spore? I shall not know how elastic it is before both of us stop.

Life goes on.

365 days should not be in a distance of only 19km, I have run so very more than that, from the year of the dog to the year of the pig, in another two days.

Happy New Year. 新年快乐。

S on Mushroom

Mushrooms are uncountable, but not this. It is a One.

If we think One is little, we are definitely wrong.

Clark is ordinary,  but not when he has the S on his chest.

It needs no phone booth, this mushroom can fly. Alices can find it in their garden, backyard or jungle.

It will be back to my neighbourhood when it intends to.

This One is superb, because it has a S too.

Alice's Stories

Where is Alice?

She is actually living somewhere inside my heart that beats in a waveform pattern of her happiness.

When I think I run fast enough to go deep inside my heart, Alice has gone hiding somewhere behide thousands spores of a "glass" mushroom.

I has to fill the glass with wine, this will distract her from leaving again.

Her stories will then begin. I love these. You have heard many of them.

So Ratty

When dreams of many mushrooms are compressed solidly under soil and dirt, some hang on tress, peep and record whatever they think are weird.  Since then we, the passersby, daydream inside their dreams.

Dreams can be small but busy. They always cross-link, there are always bad sectors.

We are garbled. I bear the head of a rat some of the times. I run into many holes, thinking wonderland is at the far ends, end up finding rat hairs all over my body. So ratty.

What does a rat dream with a silly but complicated man's brain?

Theory of Shadow

Do I shadow Alice all the way or is it the other way around? This does not matter. Wherever love is, Alice is there.

Alice is an adventurous little girl who may come as a mushroom.

Which one is Alice? Each of the beautiful ones is. There is so much love around.

Alice is sometime colourful, or simply white. Occasionally she likes to be in mysterious black.

Trying to talk to the mushroom you meet, then I shall hear you. This explains my Theory of Shadow.

Mushrooms Parachuted In

A small white mushroom parachuted in when my mind felt entangled to Alice. All "Alices" in the book of Wonderland never left unhighlighted.

So I saw Alice in a mushroom, and my mind theater reinforced that this was Alice.

People related this to positive power of coherence.

Is this white colour the colour of snow, whereby Alice happened to be playing with snow right now in Nebraska?

So people said we are receivers and retransmitters of thoughts. And dreams are just the consequences of gravitational force, for example, between I and Alice.

I expect to see more mushrooms parachuting in.

Happy Year of the Dog

I keep running.  Though worn out and sweat-purged, I love howling my satisfaction to the moon at the end of the run.

So I keep running, and there are always some mushrooms, over some times and some points, put on new and bright clothing, greeting me Happy Chinese New Year.

This is the Year of the Dog.

The tunnel is now through; the rabbit hole over here is connecting the rabbit holes at your ends. Let's come and celebrate together.

White Rabbit. White Mushroom

Continued to run speedily, Alice lost the White Rabbit at one of the corners in Wonderland.

Instead, she saw some white mushrooms. Smiling, Alice looked behind the mushrooms trying to find a trivial tail that would reveal the identity of the rabbit.

She believed a flawless transformation never exists; even night has fallen, when a tunnel connects both ends of Wonderland is successful dug , there is a light and there is the sun.

She had this strong belief, not until she found the White Rabbit ran passed the corner of her eye.

Marathon in Wonderland

Do you ever find mushrooms huffing and puffing?

Yes! Mushrooms do run marathon. Everyday! They run on rough mountainous terrains which involve many uphill and downhill works. Those are tedious and adventurous.

I only run on the road, but this is enough to drive me half-dead, yet the impulsive rush of adrenaline gets me addicted, and I have already run marathon for three consecutive years.

Alice said this is too heavy. She only enjoys daydreaming, though daydreaming and marathon take place in the same Wonderland.

Mushrooms' Escape

But the Resistance has been exposed.
As the First Order speeds toward the Rebel base,
the brave heroes mount a desperate escape.

A lost mushroom troop is looking for a passage way, or to be more precise, a hidden rabbit hole, in order to get rid of the army from the First Order.

They know the power of a rabbit hole, the force that can send them to a Wonderland, a temporary Rebel base.

But can they survive before a rabbit hole is found, or my brain turns to jelly for running out of imagination?

In A Full Moon

Luke Skywalker:  What do you see?

Rainfield: A rabbit hole. Life. Mushrooms.
Wolf. An effect. Lunar effect.

Luke Skywalker: And inside you?

Rainfield: The same effect.

Luke Skywalker: And between it all?

Rainfiled: A force. Imbalance. Towards full moon.

A hole always sounds small. A rabbit hole does not.

The lunar effect turns mushrooms into abundance. Rabbit holes grow to the largest to take up this mushrooming. A wolf runs in a bigger wilderness. The echo of howling stays until dawn.

In a full moon.

These are all written down in the new episode of The Wonderland.

Your First Step

It is a minute but mighty mushroom that is going to cushion you in this time of transdimensional travel.

Do you expect a spade card otherwise to hold you, and to bounce you up and down?

Or a Dodo to catch you and to take you round the wonderland?

You need a first step, the rabbit hole will tell your story later.

Counting Mushrooms

"But a dream isn't reality!" Alice exclaimed.

I live a life of dreams; I slip down a rabbit hole, and down another, and this continues as time goes by.

Our lives are a subset of a big dream. Alice just did not know that.

There are mushrooms growing inside all the rabbit holes.

I wonder whether Alive is capable of counting them. We all know, to Alice, four times five is twelve.

She should be able to count one mushroom, as one is the sibmplest number.

One mushroom, one beautiful mushroom, one little beautiful mushroom.

It is not labelled "not poison", Alice, don't you try to have a bite.

Long Mushrooms in Rabbit Hole

So it started to pop down a narrow and uneven rabbit hole.

And down it went, which seemed to be a very long way, a mushroom found itself being stretched by the slow moving time.

Its head could hardly see its feet. This stretching happened without the biting of any mushroom. How can a mushroom ate another mushroom?

The mushroom began to talk when time was ample, just like Alice did in the rabbit hole.

No! It shouted. This always ended up in argument. What the head saw was not what had been told by the feet. Things changed, indeed, very fast.

Down, down, down. When there came a sudden stop, thump!

We thus have this length of long mushrooms outside the Wonderland.

Everywhere a pop pop

Mushrooms are still very active in their kingdom. This reminds me about my long forgotten wonderland which is without Alice.

(Alice might be working in a crowded city right now. Everyone needs to work for a living).

It rains very often nowadays. Pop! Another mushroom has emerged. Here a pop pop, there a pop pop.

It echoes in the jungle.

Hopefully it also echoes in Alice's real world.

What mushrooms do everyday

Oh what mushrooms do everyday:

Watching ants arguing and trying to interpret in their context. Posting then on their internet.

Boosting about one's experience in Mario's land and another's in Alice in Wonderland. Neither of them can convince each other, they continue.

Standing still like an honour guard challenging who will collapse first, though the one who laughs last will not laugh long.

Lost in Dreams

I continued to pursue what seemed to be so right in these busy weeks, so much so a mushroom talk has become an interlude in these hectic days.

What do mushrooms dream, though superficially they have repeated a same life for centuries?

Did they ever need CPR for  drowning in their sweet dreams?

Dreaming so actively I am lost to know which are dreams, which are not.

Mushrooms Gossip

"Having so many nonsensical posts, Rainfield is sure living in its own fantasy."

"He is seeking virtual satisfaction and fulfillment."

I go very near, yes, only so near then I hear gossip.

I talk about mushrooms and mushrooms do likewise. Their oxygen level is low and brain cells are critically inactive after a heavy meal; gossip is the only possible thing to do.

"Keeping Alice the theme of his posts,  Rainfield extends his real world to a borderless Wonderland."

What a tattling in a morning.

Mushrooms, people and many more I assume, are so curious about each other.

That is why we have universities.

I may discover these universities in a mushroom world one day. I shall share.

Mushrooms From Fantasia

There was a lot of hard work in a busy last week, but I asked, I checked and I reconfirmed: a few of my Wonderland mushrooms are related to those from Fantasia.

I managed to persuade three of the shy coolie-hatted red mushrooms to say hello to you, but that made them turn totally red.

A further request for a legendary Fantasia Chinese Dance might be a bit over, it was turned down. I am still thinking how magnificent it was if they danced when Tchaikovsky's "Nutcracker Suite" was playing.

Oh, where was Alice then?

In fact, Wonderland and Disneyland are only a hairline apart. Alices are here and there.

She would like to dance too, or she will get bored reading books without pictures.

Unexplainable

"If any one of them can explain it," said Alice, "I'll give him sixpence. I don't believe there's an atom of meaning in it."

Not everything is explainable, Alice should learn to understand this, especially to those who dream day in and day out, and especially dreaming about mushrooms.

Wandering and wondering in the miniature kingdom of mushrooms worth more than x times of sixpence, and we get connected, knowingly or unknowingly.

Love at first sight with mushrooms may not happen, but the passion of love will keep burning once started. Alice is simply too young to experience this.

You see, she is still keeping that sixpence in exchanging for mushroom soup with butter, leeks, garlic and thyme.
