Ants, Rain and Maniacs

It is nine o'clock in the morning. The weather is good after a few days of rain, but thunderstorms may come again in the next two days.

Many jokers love to hike in the rain, they think it is so nice to take pictures of the rain and critters in the rain. One maniac even tried to use his umbrella to mesmerize us.

They think they have fun in the rain.

I cannot,

and we cannot, but it is so much fun to see how crazy these maniacs are through the windows.

9 am on a Monday, and you are watching ants!!!!! alamack. Are you trying to find their nest so you can BBQ them? I have not eaten ants, but when I was in Singapore, I heard people were going to Johor to find ant nest. Very nurtritious they say.

People from sarawak Jungle also eat ants.

So you like Mr. bean also?

They remind me of an animated movie, the ants. Loved that story.

Maniacs enjoy the best life because they do not know any better :) These macros are superb, Rainfield. I love seeing the world through your eyes.

The Ant in 2nd pic was heaving a breakfast of something.
You took a great macro with 55mm lens.

I don't like jungle trekking in the rain or in wet conditions. Leeches.

Very good ant pictures. I wish I could find more ants. Hiking in the rain is not fun at all when a person has to protect their camera from it.

so everyday when you go to work, you pretend that you are trekking. That's a positive thinking.

I shall write more about the power cut and the poor woman.

Hi there. The rain is the best time to be out- the ants sing while the ferns unfurl..even the moss turns greener! Your close up encounters are delightful!

Wow.. awesome captures. Ants are always so fascinating despite their tiny size and you've captured them so beautifully. And their whispers too. =D
