I always like to indulge myself in day dreaming, so much so that I saw mushrooms parachuting from nowhere and making their landing at Cerok Tokun this morning.
They must be on a secret mission.
They landed on a slope,
They then moved up the slope trying to look for cover,
and finally hid themselves behind a piece of leaf.
"Why do they follow me to Cerok Tokun?
What is their secret mission? Are they going to study who I am; whether I am a fake philosopher a hiker an adventurer a dreamer a photographer a silly little old man....?"Ahhh...........!!!!!!"
They had started the attack.
------------------------------
"Where am I?"
"Where are all the mushrooms?"
It is a shock to find both of
my
my legs are having fungal infection. The mushrooms have implanted themselves into my body; they are going to have an in-depth study on me.
How am I going to explain this to my doctor?

It definitely looks like a mushroom invasion, rainfield...now, if they're the edible variety, I can figure out a few things I'd like to do with them as soon as possible!!

Fungi are the natures way of claiming what is ultimately its property....evrything arises from dust and returns to dust...
On land they are mushrooms, when they have a mission in the ocean, they can be jellyfish.
You have plenty of mushroom there for the invasion! You don't have it too bad!
Beautiful pictures, Rainfield!
Hmmm, I thought they are a group of tiny almost-invisible men walking under the scotching sun, each holding identical umbrella... Orang Bunian maybe? ~bangchik
Rainfield this is serious. U alone must protect the world from this mushroom attack. I give u moral support but not financial. I have no money :)
You must be a spy to get these great pictures of the mushroom invasion. I hope you can get the information needed to defeat this invasion.
oh, i definitely feel like I am day dreaming, these mushrooms look like parachute and had a massive landing in your area, wonderful Rainfield.
You are damn crazy. I do not know how to measure your craziness.
fungal infection got to be treated immediately..
Wow, I have never seen such an invasion. I imagine they landed very softly and then crept up to you!
hahaha... so funny. you really cracked me up. The first photo really looks like tiny parachutes. But the last paragraph gave me goosebumps... you are so good in putting words together... to graphic for me... I couldn't even look at your legs in my imagination will all the mushrooms sticking out your legs... so gross. yikes.
Ha! Ha! You have been watching too many Science Fiction movies Rain! But I do enjoy your little stories. The photos are neat also.
I've seen this kind of thing happen before. You are turning into a mushroom! You got some great pictures, but you paid a terrible price to get them.
To counter, eat them all up...:-)
They were ready have a party but someone tipped them off to an uninvited guest? Fungus crasher! Looks just like they parachuted down the mountain:)
Rainfield, you are being invaded by parachuting mushrooms. Take cover. Awesome photos and a funny story.
wow, hope they will not be able to destroy your territory. good luck.
Too funny! Except I hope not the part about fungus in your legs. Indeed, the doctor might not accept the parachute invasion theory.
They have invaded you and your mind. You are on a psychedelic mushroom trip :D Fantastic shots, my friend.
I see it is the German invading, from my big brother's comic book. I must take out my Aussie photos, I remember seeing lots of white M & M on the trek.
Post them to you for Scenic Sunday.
If I was in Malaysia, they would have retired me. That's how old I am. The retirement age is 55 right?
I just love your imagination...and the shots were amazing!!!!
The tiny mushroom creatures are coming to attack the giants. You have discovered their secret!
That's a lot of mushrooms! Have you seen smurfs around?
Those tiny mushrooms looked like little flying "aliens".
Wow, I agree with the title, Rainy. At first glance you would think the mushrooms resemble and army of Vietnam soldiers in their traditional rice-field-hats, about to ambush some enemies...
You sure did make them appear scary with your story. =D
Awesome shots of a mushroom colony!
