The Joy of a Simple Life

Wherever our eyes can see, there are photographs waiting for us to capture. And I do hope my experiment can help to freeze some of the beautiful moments. Anyhow, it is just the joy of a simple life.

If you have ever hiked at Cerok Tokun, you can see these finger-nail-sized little wild flowers are now blooming everywhere. But somehow you may not see them, not because they are so tiny to be attractive, it is only you have been moving too fast.

If this is the reason, let me show you now and you'll go back later to find them.

No adjective is required.

Not only the fashion model who walks on catwalk, this flower is also posing a side view.

And what a crazy world, it is not easy to let go a beauty.

Your pictures show that it definitely is a good idea to slow down and enjoy the beauty around us.

oh, really really beautiful flower rainfield. it is so unique. it is indeed very much the joy of a simple life, stopping to smell the roses as they say, and walking to learn more from what nature teaches us.

your photos said it all, NO ADJECTIVE REQUIRED!

i thought i was lost at Betchai's blog. we all share the same joys of a simple life. ;)

one does not have to be big or small to be beautiful, its looking at it with fresh and different perspective...

and yes, no adjectives nor superlatives will suffice...

George: This was my latest trial on my skill and method. I like it myself.

betchai: Just like to borrow something from you. Hope you don't mind.

Cher: We, the ordinary people, go for only joy of a simple life. it is cheap, but valuable.

Salitype: The real beauty does not required very much description. and yes, no adjectives nor superlatives will suffice...

Tes: Good morning! I enjoy your art piece. Very beautifully coloured.

This Bunga Rumput very much looks like Orchid. Beautiful and I like the clear background.

In your last picture, when you got something good, don't let go.

this is not an easy subject. i once spent ten minutes trying to capture this. it is small n light n my cam tends to focus on other things instead. when the wind blows it shakes n moves.. often it is overshadowed

There's beauty all around us if we would just look. That is a very pretty little flower. Nice photos Rain.

You demonstrate very well that it is a good idea to look at the little fingernail sized things we might see along our journeys. That's something I try to do more all the time.

Tabib: Thanks for the hint, but I am yet to id this tiny flower.

AVCr8teur: "When you got something good, don't let go", you are reminding me on everything, thank you.

Bengbeng: I have my luck, Bengbeng, the flowers stayed still during my experimenting.

Ginnymo: I do agree, if we would just look, we shall feel happier.

Ratty: Just like magnifying the flower, I am magnifying my joy of photography.

Kirigalpoththa: Betchai and all of you always inspire me, after all, this is only a Simple Life.

Icy BC: Haha, sorry, this is not my intention, but I like this title.

FishHawk: Thank you. I am happy to jon you in your leisurely Sunday drive.

VanillaSeven: I shall then see more wonders from you, and from the Nature.

Many people have good photography skills but it need a special instinct and certain passion to bring out the best of a picture. I like the way you manage to make even the bunga rumput look good, just like a great photographer who can make a plain girl look gorgeous.

So dainty but so beautiful. You are correct...many people walk right by wildflowers that are tiny and hidden and do not take the time to look...

Autumn Belle: I do not think there is anybody who dislike this type of positive feedback. Thank you very much.

The Retired One: You always have the bright eyes to see all these beauties.

Mei Teng: Sigh.. Many of us were trained to do thing fast, a few things at one time.

fufu: Are yoou serious? But I certainly don't think your life now is simple.

NPT: Thanks for your visit. Malaysia is a beautiful place.

Yea, the smallest of flowers are often the most beautiful. Without getting up close and personal that beauty is often overlooked.
