Pitcher Plants

I do not wish to get shrunk like in Wonderland this time, and to take closeup pictures of giant pitchers. This is never a good fairy tale.

I shall not know it is a pitcher anyhow if I am so tiny; swimming inside it is unnoticeably fatal, and is forever disappearance.

Size distortion is magical, it twists perception on the other way round.

But adventurous Alice enjoys this and has begun to think that very few things indeed are really impossible.

Meat eating plants are a fascinating subject. And as Alice likes to say, "Sometimes I like to think of at least six impossible things before breakfast."

I would not want to be in the middle of this plant, because I would have died tragically. * Thank you for your concern in your commentary with me. Regards.

Great story and super pix. I hope Alice didn't drink from that pitcher.

I really like this one a lot. I don't see many pitcher plants, but I am fascinated by all carnivorous plants.

If I were a insect, I would never go inside the pitcher. Thanks for sharing.
