In the Woods

If pebbles divide ocean and land, thin line of trees then separate sky and earth. When getting tired of flying high or running low, we always go back to this boundary.

We are not alone for most of the time.

We may not, sometimes.

Those two look like an old married couple in the midst of a disagreement. Seriously not of one mind, but it's not worth expending a lot of energy over.

I like what you said about boundaries between ocean and land, and sky and earth. I also like your picture of the bird couple on that boundary between sky and earth.

The pictures look like it is a winter day somewhere in the Northern Hemisphere. Very artistic!

I watch pigeons and they usually like to stay equal distance apart, but this couple is quite close. You are lucky to catch this special pair.

The two Zebra Doves are so sweet, yet the Kingfisher is so lonely.

The boundary is the place I can have a rest.

It is my home.

I think these are love birds, in the midst of a brief spat...but it won't last long, I'm sure. Birds are probably smarter than humans, in that respect.
