An Egret and An Alien

My wife asked whether I wanted to go hiking this morning. This was a tricky question. I must be an "alien" if go hiking at this time while my family is still preoccupied by new year mood. So I'll talk nothing more than what was discovered when we were having some cool moments under a mango tree. It is scorching hot this few days.

An egret was found perching on this mango tree with the same purpose as well. The bare paddy fields in Kangar were simply not the right places to go right now.

The egret might have not seen me, while trying to have a little bit of funny moments.

"I can be as big as a dinosaur!"

"I am a bird, I can fly."

But it never flew at the end because it was not an egret nor a bird.

And I managed to know who were an alien finally. You are certainly not.

Its the ability to transform and camoufalge that some mastered to fine details. They survive well and long. Tahun Baru mood could just spark the tranforming mood.... hmmm. ~bangchik

You are lucky to have a wife to keep accompanied during the new year season.
But not me!

I thought I am simple minded, but have then made simple thing complicated.

I happened to find the shadow of a piece (?) of leaf on the mango look so amazing. I called it an egret, but it soon looked ready to fly after some wind blowing, but kind of unsuccessful and ended up to be an alien.

Complicated?

Kirigalpoththa:
Yes!! You get it.

Diane:
Do you really get it?

Icy BC:
Sorry for that. The mangoes are good for Salad, sourful enough.

Bangchik:
You are much more complicated than me. Haha...

wenn:
You too look interesting. Gong Xi Fa Cai!!

RedChilly:
no egret, no dinosaur!
no alien either!
But I find red chilly over here.
Welcome abroad.

Boldwood:
It is supposed not to be sad during the new year season.
Cheers....

Misalyn:
Hopefully I have answered you doubt.

You got some wonderful captures of that alien egret. I think you have a wonderful eye to see and capture him.

A shadowy alien egret. That is a great sighting, and maybe only you have any pictures of it.

I so enjoyed viewing the alien egret. He seemed to enjoy the mango didn't he?

George:
I aimed to get some shots of shadow on mangoes, but I get some surprises in return.

Ratty:
Yes, it must be exclusively mine, and this is what I can offer, in the eyes of Alice.

Cheryl:
I wonder why it has never fallen down after some bites on the sour mango.

Mei Teng:
I used to have a mango tree that has never grown any mango.
This mango tree is one of those belonged to my in-law.

maricar:
In fact, your comment makes me smile.
Thank you.

The TEFL Don:
Sure!!! Life in the tropics is never dull.

VS:
I am just an opportunistic wanderer hunter.

It looks like a big clawed egret carrying away a big green alien egg.

You are so funny! I think it was a well-fed egret. Interesting to contemplate what combination of twigs and fruit made that perfect shadow. (Yes I saw it before reading your explanation)
