An
energetic morning.
The
mushrooms are stretching their neck and squeezing each other's head trying to stand
out from the crowd. Life is full of ambition.
They
are as small as a green bean, and could be easily overlooked if someone is seven feet
tall or more, so tall that the faces become smaller than a green bean. Tall is
not always an advantage.
I
have my advantage, with eyes relatively nearer to forest floor; I see their determined
smiling faces and bright dark eyes, determining to forge friendship across the oceans.
"Hi, mushroom friends."
What
a wonderful cyberlife.

They are cute little things.. Cute post and a great shot, Rainfield! Have a happy weekend!
Glad we are still blooming in cyberspace ~ even the 'little ones'.
Ha! They do look like each one is trying to be taller than the others!
One of those little guys is definitely smiling up at you.
These are lovely little ones and I do love reading their thoughts as interpreted by their private photographer/biographer!
Short or tall, I'm guessing (from my limited mushroom photography efforts) that you spend quite a bit of time on the damp forest "floor" for the best angles.
You are right. Some of them are smiling!
So your advantage is your eyes closer to the ground? Are you sure they are closer than me?
I like this cyberlife link of ours! :-)
i've never seen so much variety for mushrooms but here, and so much joy with them too
