Love is in the air

What is a little bug looking for by a weed flower? It may not be nectar because it is neither a bee nor a butterfly.

What is it looking for by a weed flower? It may not be a macro shot because it is neither Rainfield nor a blogger.

What is it searching up and down? It never talks to the weed flower.

It keeps wandering and wandering around.

I can't wait to tell love is in the air, only to unseal it from the fern leaves.

What a wonderful shot! I have never seen ferns entwined like that before.

Such a unique patern of the fern in the shape of a heart. I think the bug is whispering sweet nothing to the flower since love is in the air!

Wow..you "caught" a heart, Rainfield! Such a beautiful capture!

This is terrific. I found a little brown and white striped bug twirling on a leaf (no bigger than this one) he wouldn't hold still, but I thought of you. Love the macros and the last one says it all!

I usually do not like bugs, but your macro shots are great. I do know the birds like to eat bugs so I guess they are a good thing to have around. What a cute find with the heart shape ferns.

That fern you have there, that one you love so much, is really beautiful. We have beautiful ones too, but not that one! Actually, I like the base of the other weed- the way it flares.

mutation of some sort? Too much burning of the jungle?

All the new pictures are beautiful, but the heart made by the ferns is my favourite. What a great discovery (I like to "collect" hearts, too -- they have the title "Herzen" in my blog)
