Story About Bulbul Continued

The bulbul did a few landing tests, as I continued to stay, to ensure nothing stupid would happen if I was an evil.

How lucky I was for not being an evil. I found the bird perched on a bird’s-nest fern, disappeared within seconds, only reappeared and flew away fifteen minutes later.

I was still not an evil, though going for a peek with a ladder. There was a nest hidden within the leaves, and one of the two eggs had already been successfully hatched. What a new life in the New Year.

I had then spent three hours with my feathered friends; it really needs time to discover what really matters.

Wow..the first looks like a painting. Is the birds nest your referring to a big fern that's found on top of trees in forested areas too? Amazing you caught these.. birds are fast. What nice captures for the New Year~

Don't spend too much time with the young ones. They might just call you 'Mama'. Then you have to start digging up worms, chew them and regurgitate them for the hungry babies.

My mother told me don't look at the hen when she is hatching chicks, she will reject the chicks and they will die.

Did your mum tell you the same about birds? LOL

What a pretty bird you are courting! The little baby looks so scrawny at birth, minus its feathers. Good thing it is very warm in your country.
