Birds' Talk

I do not have a high-end telescopic lens, to present my pictures of birds differently is then the only way to compensate for this shortcoming, and I make them look as watercolour painting.

I begin to hear birds' chirping along my hiking trail recently. Isn't it strange? I did not think there were many birds at Cerok Tokun last time.
Actually they were with me all the times, and nowadays, once I open my pair of ears, I start to see them. And some of them do not necessary coming near to say hello to me anymore.

You see, this one even tried to add some actions to my picture by shaking its fluffy body. I know you may not see this, but please, make a try, feel it. Yes, use your sense of feeling.

Before I had enough with this bird, I heard this next one calling just above of me. By the way, the speed of light is 299,792,458 meters per second, whereas that of sound is 343 meters per second. All my birds seem to be talking in a pace faster than the traveling of light. I hear their sweet voice before they are visible to me.

Before I end my post, I would like to know whether I have successfully presented my picture in an attractive manner. If not, this is not my mistake.

I have learned to hide my shortcoming from my beloved politicians. They must have done this much more better than me in such a way I should have missed out a few important tricks. Sorry for that.

I am glad you are starting to include more birds-I really like them.

Even with my 55-250mm Canon lens its a challenge.

What are you using?

What matters most is the story behind your photos, which makes it more interesting. YOu are a good writer.

They look very artistic and just as we would see them ourselves up in the trees.

A fine job of presenting these birds. The story is the thing, and you've told it well so we can imagine the movements and the sounds to go along with your artful pictures.

Poetic Shutterbug: This is just a camouflage that helps to cover all my shortcomings.

It may turn out to be a good one.

Kirigalpoththa: Ha ha.. I have found way to turn my inability into an artistic work.

Mike: It is sure a tough challenge to get the distant image of a bird with my 55-200 Canon lens.

Diane: Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Thank you.

Tabib: Thank you for your kind help, but this is the best I can do so far.

The Retired One: Most of us love birds, aren't we?

Pacey: I am doing not only experiment on my photography, but on the writing as well. Hope that you like it.

Glennis: To see them up in the trees need a lot of patience and murmuring.

Ratty: You always show us your imagination along the lines of your post.

Nice shots!
Since it's a far range, they're considered to be good shots already! ;D
If you could just contrast a bit more in some editing software e.g. windows picture manager, it'll look like a painting! Seriously! ;D
Keep it up ya!

Mabel Low: You have some nice lines of advice. They certainly help in my pictures.

Cheryl: Really? The birds talk to you as well!! It is fantastic!!

housewife9988: If you like it, visit me more frequent. LOL. BTW, thanks for your visit.

Salitype: Birds are plentiful in our neighborhood. I need to hear them before i can see, sometimes.

These photos looked like they were shot in a winter setting with a cold, white background :)

I like the watercolor style of your presentation, well done. Now you get to see and hear them more. Aren't their chirps sound so pleasant? And I saw that one shaking it's fluffy feathers =)

what i like in photography is that it makes up with my inability to paint. you painted the birds in such a unique way. i can envision that lil' bird shaking its fluffy feathers. great job too with the story telling as usual. ;)

AVCr8teur said...

Yes, I can see it shaking its body. :) What a delight to hear cheerful bird chirps all around you during your hike! My friend has a 500mm lens for birds. If only it was affordable!

Mei Teng: You mean, we have snow falling at Cerok Tokun recently. Fantastic!

Ayie: The trick I used to hide my failure has turned out to be a "wonder". How can it be?

Cher: Yes, photography has makes up with mine as well.

AVCr8teur: 500mm is a dream for now. I have to crack my head to continuously hide my inability by then.

Job well done in presenting the birds...very artistic.

I have some photos of birds too but it is better to keep it in my files hahaha..till I find ways how to present it.

I love birds. After a tiring shift, i wander around the hospital gardens to hear them sing the sweetest lullaby..it soothes my tired senses.

Have a nice day.

There is always this "tranquil feeling" if a bird is chirping and following you, isn't it?

Do you do birds watching too?

wenn: Happy visit to my blog.

reanaclaire: You do not need to know much about photography, just open your eyes and mind, that's all.

Footsteps: Then my blog must be the corner of a Japanese tea house.

Ayie: I think so.

Misalyn: I had that thought before, I am not a good photographer, but somehow I has presented them.

Have a nice day.

Ai Shiang: I pretend as a birder, you see.

Icy BC: Yes, they will continue to come, one by one. Just to make sure you will be here. LOL.

Bengbeng: I have hooked you. HeHeHe...
