This is a bend in the picture that makes me recall; it was three years back:
a misty mystery morning at the other side of this bend, during which I thought of Alice's Wonderland. Time spins, light revolve, and colours remix since then, and dimensions of different phases align today.A new photographic wonderland appears.
It got me walking more than three years to finally realize another wonderment at this side of the bend, but they are only ten steps apart.
And the jungle has gone through "different phases of existence", but ever ready to accompany, and never boastful or conceited, in all these years.
How long is three years? A ten walking steps distance.
How long is another three years?

20 steps to another 3 years! ;)
Your philosophic thoughts are intriguing when comparing now and then.
Foods for thoughts today, with beautiful photos to admire!
"And the jungle has gone through "different phases of existence", but ever ready to accompany, and never boastful or conceited, in all these years"==and i am so glad for your thoughts always, reminding us of getting a deeper connection with nature and the jungle in our lives.
It is a metaphor of our own lives.
I guess the forest goes through changes as do humans.
Servus und so long

i just love your view of life and your world. :)
I wonder what trees think of 3 years, without stepping back or forward... :)
Three years goes by with the blink of the eye. We come and go, but the jungle will always be there.
Exceptional your landscape pictures of trees.
Greetings,
Filip
Is the path getting prettier as "time spins"? It is interesting to see the changes, and the last photo is fascinating. Your view on life and your words are very much appreciated, by me!
Definitely having that feel of forest mystery
Good to see these images from work here :)
Dżungla się zmieniła w ciągu trzech lat i z pewnością dalej się będzie zmieniać. Trzeba patrzeć i widzieć. Ludzie się też zmieniają, ale nie będą tak długo żyć jak dżungla.Bardzo ładne ostatnie zdjęcie. Pozdrawiam.
The jungle has changed in three years and certainly will continue to change. You have to look and see. People are also changing, but they will not live as long as the jungle. Very nice recent photo. Yours.
So much mystery and beauty, then and now!
another 10 steps and i will be 3 years older and er, hopefully wiser than you. lol!
3 years in 10 steps.
My life is short is both distance and time.
Really amazing shots, all of them... enjoyed looking at them very much...
in 3 years , trees in the tropics grow very fast. I was so pleased where I lived in NTU is almost a jungle.
I must have click on something when I came back to start posting, with this problem, blogging becomes a chore, no fun any more.
I hope you walk many ore than ten steps and keep bringing us wonderful pictures of the forest with your philosophical thoughts.
beauty through time
nice shots..
Lovely, reflective post!
A Nice post which leaves me pondering over the meaning of our lives and our quest. The photography is stunning to say the least.
Wish you a wonderful week :)
You do have a great connection to nature. But I would hope years do not go that fast, 20 steps is not much. We need to slow down and enjoy life. Great shots and post, Rainfield.
Oh I could spend three years exploring this bush and have a big smile on my face. Awesome shots. B
you will explore much more then "10steps worth" in 3 years....
it could take 3 years to see and fully appreciate the forest, there is so much to see!!
Very contemplative blog with a bit of humor ~ fascinating photos ~ thanks, namaste, (A Creative Harbor)
in Gods dimension there is no time...so i believe I can pray for things that already happened....
So poetic and your photos are wonderful too!
Lovely thoughts.
Wow.. a very inspiring post with breathtaking shots Rain! Especially the last shot's golden silhouette is simply amazing!
Food for thought, beautifully illustrated! Here in Oregon I walk the same nature walk several times a week, summer after summer -- and there are new things to see every day and certainly changes from year to year!
So much happens in the blink of an eye.
How many changes occur in three years...the mist has lifted and a bright vision is ahead...lovely photos.

Beautiful photos (especially your first) and a wonderful place. Three years can make a big difference.
Splendid photography. The forest is aging one heck of a lot better than I am, my friend.
It is so strange how just a slightly difference perspective makes things so different? Great pics- they make me want to visit.
Interesting thoughts. I also have enjoyed photographing changes in landscape in one case it was 25 years later.
I had a neighbor cut down three of my trees without my permission. Trees are one of God's many gifts and his acts made me very upset.
Beautiful mysterious woods and so philosophic thoughts.
