Glowing Rock

The presence of lights makes our world so beautiful, but where do they disappear to in the nighttime?

I found a glowing rock in a morning; it transformed from dull dark to golden green, and lit up the jungle.

It must have locked all lights during which the crickets sing, owls scout, wild boars roam and other jungle spirits enjoy a full night party, before lights are released again.

The monkeys always screech what they have seen; only find me silly enough to realize that.

But I know, the gigantic and powerful world underneath the rock is, right now, my room of imagination.

A Dry Morning

It is a dry morning. My lady hiker friend, when being asked, claims that she is never afraid of hiking alone inside the jungle.

“Bad guys will always lose out in terms of stamina.”

Affirmative, so I am a good guy is what she supposed to mean.

Besides the thick carpet of withered leaves, this dry morning has me feeling uneasy too. The hiking track is as hard as a rock, and loose sands become sort of slippery ball bearings under my shoes.

A saint status thus erases this sense of helplessness.

Is Google searchable for method to make my halo?

Days are made different

Days are made different, thus we have reunion dinner in New Year eve, and go door-to-door wishing friends a happy new year.

One of my friends chose to be like trees, life without festivals; he went hiking instead.

In fact, trees have no choice but then enjoy seeing funny people come and go. Who knows, A Little Prince might have shown them the drawing of a boa constrictor digesting an elephant once upon a time.

Life is fun since our calendars and dates are split into different sets; we tend to ponder whether that is a hat or a boa constrictor.
