I have been talking so much and so long about Cerok Tokun. It only makes sense by now if I would invite you to walk with me on one of the jungle trails. I promise there is no danger at all. Please don't be panic since you require no warm-up as well.
And here we go!
Firstly, it is this steep stairs at the beginning of the trail which has stopped most of the visitors from exploring the jungle further. Yes, they are visitors, and you are not. You are a hiker coming along with me.
And here we go!

Awaiting ahead is a creek that continues talking silently every now and then, and has little attention from many people. Somehow we start learning to give way before taking up our next journey from here onwards.
This is the place where we need to be more careful. It is slippery during raining day. It is slippery in other days as well because of the sandy surface.
In fact, we have to be very careful in every step we take. Be careful in such a way not to step on the plants that I only notice through the picture.
A camera always helps to freeze a rush moment for our future reflection. May I know how do you think? Anyway, I do not think you can think much; Your brain is now not getting enough supply of oxygen. You are panting.
Alright, why don't we stop for a rest?

I love the stone and rock paths. What a beautiful journey to walk with you and I did not even break a sweat.
You do wonders with details! I love Cerok Tokun!
oh! i will hold you to that invitation, maybe one day.
i love the trails. there's something special about it, maybe its the lush greens, maybe its the solitude...i cannot excatly put my fingers on it,but there's something special about it.
Cerok Tokun is truly a place for reflection, figuratively and literally.
Love those close -up shots. Everytime I hike I've always got my eyes on the ground looking for the little plants. I am probably missing the views!
Thank you for being our guide on this breathtaking journey. I am afraid I might lose my balance on those planks over the creek.
Cerok Tokun looks so green, even the pathway is a living jungle. I enjoy touring through your pictures.
Such a great idea to take your readers on your hiking trip! So far so good, rainfield, shall we continue?
Nice to stop and rest awhile in such a nice place, you show us so many details the walk has been very worth while..
Thank you for the wonderful tour of Cerok Tokun. It is one of my favorite places in the world. It has been since the first time I saw it here so long ago.
I think going up many, many steep steps would be a challenge for those who aren't into regular exercise. But for those who walk or exercise regularly, will not be a problem.
One time, I had to cut short my walking trip up steep slopes in FRIM becoz my friend could not keep up and she looked out of breath and pale. I didn't want to handle an emergency case so we stopped climbing and returned to walking on flat terrain.
No, no! NO rests...I want to keep walking with you...pleeeeez????
I'd love to go hiking with you. Does your offer include air fare?
Another hike with the master hiker! Cool shots, Rainy. But the last two are my favorite. Mysterious. Lovely composition.

I usually miss the view above me, and come to know some plants through the fallen leaves or flowers on the ground.

Then, just get up and walk again. lol.

Don't tell others, these are my favourite as well.
Thanks for allowing us to take a break. I agree with you that a camera helps us capture and see things that we miss at the moment. It is nice of you to take us along on your hike up Cerok Tokun. I look forward to seeing more.
lovely shot of the nature!
Shall we continue? I'll bring my camera too :)
Wonderful walk, the scenery is beautiful. I could take that walk again sometime. Lovley photos!
Beautiful place, hmmm... can we still see the hill from Kg Alma? ... I love the joy of going up... but journey down is scary.., in maneuvering a hill, a tree, a life etc etc.
