A deep track after the slummy stop was awaiting me. Life can be simple and still be hard. I kept going.
I greeted everyone here and there with my camera, with a lot of excitement,
like most of the celebrities, and cicadas do, but one of later was awfully quiet. It turned round and round a tree trunk. And I turned round too trying to synchronize but that proved not helpful. It then lost in sight silently to the top of the tree.
I had then arrived, not very long later.
Yes, I had arrived at a conclusion: it was neither easy to live in the world of a king, nor to adventure into a slum. Both required a lot of sweating.
I moved on, and enjoyed moving on.

I'm sure it enjoyed its move even though it's hard..
I certainly appreciate the hard work you do in getting these marvelous photos for us. Just keep moving on!
I have been listening to cicadas song,
recorded in Crete, Greece this summer.
A meditation... no sweating involved ; )
It must be an early morning when you go to the jungle since the lighting is so fabulous in your photos.
Oh I love your trips through the forest as well. Great photos. B
i see the excitement, and they are sooo beautiful. thanks for always reminding us of how extra-ordinary life is in the forest through your pictures.
Your subject there -- the cicada -- wasn't very cooperative with the King! But you got some great pictures anyway. Lovely forest walk.
Wonderful pictures - I would like to take a walk in that enchanted forest, too...
Very inspirational post with ethereal photography ~ Wonderful! ~ (A Creative Harbor)
thanks for coming by and commenting ^_^
Wonderful photos all, but I very much love the light in the third one!
It's very interesting. I think it's hard to live in anywhere.
BTW, I received your comment notification about my post by email. But I could not find your comment in my comment section. I do not know why.
Wishing you a wonderful weekend.
That cicada looks a lot different from ours. But perhaps it's a uniform to serve the king.
Lovely shots from the forest.
do you ever come out of the forest?
great shots!! Have a nice weekend!
I'm enjoying your journey through the forest discovering which title is the best fit for you.
i love your imaginative wanderings:)

Jennifer
Cicadas nor celebrities like to be photographed in private even by a king.
Lovely photos. The third one is my favourite.

Hi dear :) thank you for commenting Nancy's post on my blog 'wonderland'. xxo
Your pictures are lovely - I love the light you have on them.
Did you listen to the sound of music from the cicada?
be a king or slum, it doesn't really matter because you are rich with wisdom and nature's beauty.
I ran into you by accident. I secretly hope they'll let me stay longer. Monika B.
Great capture as usual. I can feel the cool, fresh but slightly mysterious atmosphere in that kingdom.
love the light on those ferns
I dont know dear rainnie..... world of a king is something I never manage to get into... I presume it is going to be fun...No sweat!! haha.
You really are king of Ceruk Token and all its creatures seem to welcome you and pose for your magic lens.
