A little Ant's Inspiration

I shot dairy of little black ants this morning; they spent many hours on moving tonnes of loads, on miles of uphill and downhill, bumpy and slippery jungle trails. Of course, these were all in terms of an ant's units of measurement.

So I kept my eyes wide open because ants age just in a few blinks of human eyes.

These ants seldom stopped for long, which already seemed to be very long to them, to exchange facts and jokes. They continued working hard, learning hard and laughing hard at the same time.

I repeatedly clicked their fast routine. Though I knew none of these pictures could be good, they were a big boost to me.

Because I only have a flat hierarchical pyramid of needs which is as tall as a little ant.

  1. Hello Rainfield, awesome macro shot of the ants. I would not want to age in a blink of an eye, that is way to fast.
Thank you so much for linking up and sharing your post. Have a happy weekend!

  7. This post made me smile so much! One time we were in a National Park and spent hours watching leaf-cutter ants moving pieces from a bush to their anthill home. (We had never seen this kind of ant before.) Several touristy people came by and asked us what we were doing. When we told them, they went away shaking their heads. (Their loss.) It was one of the first times we realized how wonderful it was to be retired and have no schedule and no particular place we had to be -- to have all the time we wanted to watch the ants.

  9. Ants are incredible, you did well to capture them. When we lived on a canyon in Ca;lifornia, there were trails of ants along the canyon, then pouring over our wall and into our house. But there was also a freeway of antrs, tiny black ones like yours, along the curb in front of our house and with trails into our house from the front. They want to take over the world!
