No photos from last Saturday, not because the mushrooms have gone for vacation, nor I tended to neglect them that I see every week.
I like exerting to the fullest and, at the same time, scouting around for mushrooms when going uphill, only slow down for photography when walking downhill. Mushrooms were many, photogenic. Same were clouds.
But clouds fell heavily as rains. I have to run the fastest for my camera, faster than I did in the marathon.
Clouds were still falling when I reached home. My camera was not crying. No tears, luckily, inside the backpack.
Hello Rainfield, Lovely images as always! You do so well capturing the mushrooms. Sorry about the rain, I am glad your camera stayed dry! Have a happy weekend!
ReplyDeleteWell, that camera has not got wet. You will not hurt rains. Greetings.
ReplyDeleteglad you saved the camera. :) hoping you did well in the marathon!
ReplyDeleteI understand tropical rainstorms -- and as you know, I'd protect the camera first too ;>).... take care (of the camera) and yourself too! If your storms contain lightning like ours do, you really don't want to be out in them.
ReplyDeleteWe will soon be in Oregon on the other side of our country, where the rain is usually softer and less threatening. But no less wet!
Hope the rain disappears soon but glad you camera was OK
ReplyDeleteI like the spiky lichens, I'm glad you still could sprint after running the marathon to save your camera!
ReplyDeleteGood sense of humor))) "mushrooms have gone for vacation")) lol
ReplyDeleteHave a great Sunday!

Hi! It's nice that you camera stayed dry. I like the first photo very much. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteThat top image looks like something out of a fantasy forest of some teen novel...like a mysterious kingdom of lore. Beautiful.
ReplyDeletehi my friend, another great series of photos. excellently done!
ReplyDeleteglad you saved the camera:)
Good thing you are fast enough to keep the camera dry. After the rain should be many more mushrooms to photograph on a drier day.
ReplyDeleteLovely photos. How did you do in the marathon?
ReplyDeleteglad your camera was not in tears and safe and you have the prized mushroom
ReplyDeleteBoa tarde, chuva e fotos não combina, de qualquer modo, as fotos que partilhadas são excelentes.
