Do You Need a Bungalow?

Why a bird nest is not equipped with a set of sound system or a refrigerator?

This is the nest of tailor birds that starred in last April, I have never seen the owners since then. We build bungalows, birds never. Mother birds even sleep outside after eggs have been hatched.

As a temporary asylum, a bird nest is not luxuriously built. The birds enjoy rain drops as Cola, the surround sound systems in the Nature, earth’s the bed and sky’s the quilt.

I think of this again when I saw another new born this morning. I tend to relate this to a spider I found nearby.

A bird flies, and a spider swings; they re-cycle and build. We walk and run, so we need bungalows.

I last thought a spider needed a pair of sunglasses. I can be wrong.

We seldom enjoy the nature like animals does....

  4. Did you climb up a tree to get that first shot?!!!

We don't need a bungalow. Ajahn Brahm says that if you wish to move, move to a smaller house.

  6. Oh what beautiful pictures, Rainy! I can almost hear all that chirping! I might downgrade to a bungalow someday when my knees get to shaky to climb stairs - *sigh*

  8. A bird's nest does not have a sound system or a refrigerator because then humans might want to live in them. The birds would then have to live in a human house.

  9. Lol)..my dad would refer to us as(the members of the asylum), well, this was enjoyable! Yes, I see what you mean..the birds who starred in April have moved on. I wonder if they could turn those empty nests into eye patches for some injured forest dweller? Perhaps the heat got to me today!

  11. We probably want a lot more than we truly need. The baby bird and spider are cute.

  12. Birds like open air housing. Easier to fly and land. No need for a bungalow or garage. Also easier for momma bird to hear her baby cry like in your photo.

  19. Such a sweet newborn, with its beak open, waiting for breakfast, perhaps?

Now that would be a sight, a spider with sunglasses..or, perhaps, gloves!
