I realize my inner self is a wolf. A wolf that keeps running kilometers in the night, a wolf that is in love with a moon that it cannot touch.
Exhausted by running and howling, this wolf goes for those reachable dark full moons instead.
That may be the reason that connects me with mushrooms.
If Alice is reading, I wonder she would find these lines in her pictureless book, or she is now celebrating Christmas. So I have to add this line too:
"Merry Christmas!" to all my Alices.
Merry Christmas to you too!
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you.
ReplyDeleteFestive greeting to you.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas to you. Rainfield. And wherever Alice is right now, I know she also wishes you Merry Christmas.

ReplyDeleteIt's known that there's lunar effect on the growth of mushrooms. There are more mushrooms during a full moon than at any other time.
ReplyDeleteHappy Holidays to you and your family!
Happy New Year .. Best wishes for 2018
ReplyDeleteMERRY CHRISTMAS and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
ReplyDeleteThank you Rainfield. I am late late for the very important date when I should have visited you here. I am not sure about the White Rabbit, but this "Alice" is happy to see your beautiful words and pictures at any time of the year. Thank you for the gifts of your whimsy and talent and your wonderful talking mushrooms! And for the memories of my own journeys in Wonderland. Happy New Year!
