Above the soil, a mushrooms is the fruiting body of a fungus. It serves to spread spores and share local news across oceans. Though short-lived, its spores continue to send radio signals into the air waves.
We get connected.
Below the soil, the vegetative part of a fungus-the mycelium, continues to grow for many years. This branching web, though spread silently and secretly, is as influential as Google.
We get connected again.
We somehow get connected in many ways: in the air, underground or other unnamed channels.
Life is a weird dream.
