Pictographic Snoring

A spider's snoring and only a spider's snoring is pictographic.

Zzz...

A little mushroom, as has always been taught, thinks the other way round: there's a will there is a  way. It puffs out its cheeks repeatedly and breathes so forcefully that it turns all purple.

Yet nothing happens, but it never knows, and I shall not tell.

Its dream only comes true in a dream.

  1. Hello Rainfield, I think you are the one and only I know who can capture a spider snoring. It is a pretty spider and web. Pretty mushroom, I hope it's dream comes true. Cute post and wonderful images. Have a happy weekend!

  3. The spider is very clever to make an x with its legs. It seems to have a pattern like a strange face on its abdomen. I had a good chuckle about it's pictographic snoring, especially since I can see the zzz's. I hope the mushroom dreams beautiful dreams of spores and compost.

  13. Isn't it amazing how quiet spiders can be when they are waiting for prey to walk or fly into their web?
