Shapes of Light

I tell mushrooms a well-known story that was shared in my presentation: A gazelle must outrun the fastest lion or it will be killed, and a lion must run faster than the slowest gazelle or it will starve.
While working so hard preparing and presenting the running animals until myself had become one of them, these mushrooms saw beauty in many forms and shapes.

It is too good to be a running animal for only two weeks.
Nothing can be better than sitting by the mushrooms enjoying beautiful light that illuminates darkness.

  6. It's better to be able to sit and watch the mushrooms than have to be one of those fast animals, although both have their good points at times.

  7. I would rather feel the magic of nature by sitting and communicating with the mushrooms thank you! But I love thinking about your story. If you are a gazelle, I hope you are a fast one.

The last image really is magical. I could stare at it for hours -- and then I would maybe feel as if I'd ingested some of it's hallucogenic properties (I don't know what that would feel like, but I have read stories ;>)~.

  13. At least the mushrooms don't have to run to eat or be safe. Except I guess the slugs and snails do run faster.

  18. There is the joke line, the gazelle only has to run faster than you. The mushrooms don't have to fret their existence, they just have to release their tiny spores and their job is done. I somehow missed out on the mushroom I found out is edible this last season, I wanted to try some. Your light effects are fantastic!
