It's Winter

I left summer to embrace winter. Yes, this happened in a click and with a lot of heat and perspiration.
Mushrooms were inevitably surrounded by gloomy soft winter light and rims of frost covered their edges.
They made a stump the shelter, but the stump itself withered because from every angle wind was blustering. Its skin wrinkled, it shivered.
It was just a camera trick but I did not intend to get summer back for the moment.

Winter never visits the equator, but it was winter now, right in a Sunday morning.

  1. Be glad that you have the winter only on the photo. It happens sometimes very worrisome. Regards.

  3. Beautiful shot! I don't love cold weather, and I bet you wouldn't either if you had to experience winter for real. One day of it would be quite enough for me and probably for you.

Thank you for fixing your comment form to this type -- it makes it so much easier for me to comment.
