I has been compressed into a minute powder in the darkness of woods, where I saw only a lot of quietness and endless stillness. This has been a long period.
Until drops of rain, the mighty magic wand, I bounce back, like a spring.
I am alive. We are alive.
"And I say, hey hey hey hey. I said hey, what's going on?"
Wow..your mushroom photos are beautiful. Their quiet beauty still catches your eyes, and that is good enough!

I'm glad you (and they) are alive. Both photos are wonderful, but I especially like the red mushrooms.

ReplyDeleteThere is nothing better than rain to bring life to things like those mushrooms.
It's a beautiful world that bounced back there, that's what is going on! The silver mushrooms are wonderful (again). All of them are ... your whole world is ....
ReplyDeleteLove that second one- looks like a group of teens meeting for a talk.
ReplyDeleteThat last line reminded me of the song by 4 Non Blondes. Very pretty and interesting images of the mushrooms. :)
ReplyDeleteLove the color of the mushrooms in the first shot. Such a neat contrast with the rough, brown bark.
ReplyDeleteHi there, mushrooms come in some very unique shapes and colours. I'm just stopping by to say how delightful your blog is. Thanks so much for sharing. I have recently found your blog and am now following you, and will visit often. Please stop by my blog and perhaps you would like to follow me also. Have a wonderful day. Hugs, Chris

ReplyDeleteas always, lovely pictures of mushrooms, love the depth of field you use, really gives full attention to the mushroom
ReplyDeleteI never tire of your mushroom photo...I think I told you before that my kitchen was filled with mushroom needlework and decoupage - none so lovely, of course, as your beautiful pictures of the real thing. What I kept of them is packed away in storage since I downsized and began my India adventures. I haven't seen them in several years now. Good thing I have you to keep my love of mushrooms alive.
ReplyDeleteNice one on photo#2, that is enough reason to keep coming back for more mushrooms
