The Brain Matter

(It is said that we’re repairing things centrally if we use our brain a lot as opposed to sitting around, looking at the wall).

I found pools of mushrooms on Cerok Tokun; they were gone when I came back the next week.

(A busy brain is also the brain that stays lucid longer, the study says).
Life of mushrooms is as evanescent as the morning dew.

(Many creative types have long lives).

It is merely a brain matter.

When hit by an apple, when overwhelmed by mushrooms, and through one hundred words, this finding makes me a potential Nobel Prize winner.

  3. If they give a Nobel Prize for greatest creativity and most information in fewest words I will definitely nominate you! I love the mushroom forest. Always wonder what makes them appear one year and not the next.

  7. Your mushrooms got tired of waiting for you nearly a week--and left.

As a (former) bartender I met lots people wo owned fewer brains than most mushrooms...they thought the same of ME!

  11. Jak najdłużej chciałabym patrzeć na taką ilość grzybów, a nie na ścianę. Pozdrawiam.
How long would like to look at the amount of mushrooms, not the wall. Yours.

  24. Thanks for your comments. I've been away for a few weeks and found it difficult to get into the net. The network has been shaky inside the valley in Norway.
Nice pictures as usual. Nice pictures of fungi. Good idea to do more images with different perspectives. Have a nice day / brita

  27. I hope you are right that an active brain doesn't go mushy as quickly as an inactive one. If it's true, your brain should be good for a long, long while yet. ;))

  31. I just love mushrooms. They are the theme of my former kitchen...paintings, needlework, ceramics...all packed away in case I, someday, have a kitchen again.
Yours are so beautiful and grow in such profusion.
