Making of a Dragon

If a caterpillar is going to be a butterfly, can that piece of wood on my hiking trail be a dragon soon?

You may not know but it has been here for a long period of time, and continues to evolve, transform or change, day by day.

It will certainly leave as time passes after soaking enough of rain, absorbing enough of sunlight and taking up enough of wind.

How great it is to catch a chance to wave good bye to a dragon before it flies away, but then a round-the-clock hike will be the only way. So silly I am.

Nevertheless, I am still serious about the making of a dragon, when a caterpillar morphs into a butterfly.

And of course, if the Peterbilt 379 transforms into Optimus Prime the leader of the Autobots.

  1. Es ist schon möglich, dass es geht wie beim Schmetterling. Und wer weiß schon wo sie leben, vielleicht in unbekannten Höhlen oder erloschenen Vulkanen...

What a little bristly fellows. The image from the forest reminiscent of our old-growth forests in Sweden, with old-growth forest. Preserved as a nature reserve / Brita

  3. Transformers? CHANGE? What next?

I feel a 'moral lesson' in there somewhere--grinning!

Or maybe 'change' IS the "secret of life"! DEATH! Not as in really dying, but as living in the next phase of existence--certain change.

    Wonderful wonderment, Rainfield61

  7. Dragon made of 4 features of common Chinese creatures.

It is a beautiful shot but it might resemble a chimera specie of the dragon i guess. Definitely not the english dragon hehe :)
