Dreamy

Was the night quiet when a lunar eclipse took place? Might it be just one of the ordinary nights to the critters in the jungle.

The traces of evident in the morning talk. 

All the harp strings were broken in the night of the concert. And all critters got completely soaked in the rain; the wetter they were, the hotter the atmosphere, and the longer the night lasted.


A careful search see an exhausted spider sleeping very soundly nearby. A curtain is indeed not required. A pillow is indeed not required.

The bed that makes me feeling dizzy tells me that the spider is still dancing a waltz, in a dream, and is still excited in the dream.

Did the lunar eclipse mean something to the spider? Or could the night be a birthday night to the spider? Anyhow, that must be a splendid concert.

    Great captures of the spider web. It was drizzling on eclipse night. What were you doing out there?

    I sometimes wonder if animals notice the same things we notice. I love the pictures of the webs. You always get great pictures of them.

    A comment I just now left on Kristin's blog suggested we begin a "Dream-Meme" or something like "Saturday Night Dreams" (SND!)...fantasies allowed!

    Full moon? I believe it affects every living creature, every blade of grass. Also every non-living created things (which might really be living?)

    Crapola...I'd believe ANYTHING anymore!

    This is certainly not the incy wincy spider which didn't climb the water spout. Just a little bit more closer we may get the chance to see the fangs protruding at the hours of the eclipse.

    A spiderweb is a splendid work of art for sure. Your shots very cool.
    I loved a lot your dramatical story of the spider
    By the way, I could watched partial lunar Eclipse ,but to my sorrow, Failed to watch Total one.
    I wished I had watched the red color.

    With the eclipse, the spiders thought they can stay in bed a little longer because of the darkness.

    Like Sleeping beauty, when I am 100 years old, I will be as young as I was when I am 16. LOL,

    I have just been teaching my students this story.

    No, I don't want to be 100 years old when I will be old and wrinkled like a prune.

    If I can climb mountains and go to the jungle with you, I will be happy.

    So beautiful and intricate, this spider web. I saw the teeniest spider and web at Midnight Mass last night and, when I went to take its picture after Mass ended, it was no longer in its web. I suspect it might have blown on me somewhere!
