Penang Cultural & Heritage Celebration (2)

I am interested in capturing the moment east and west saw each other face to face, my camera but then hesitated to flash at that split second.

The moment was history.

Every moment will be history, and an eternity, and the past always meets with the present infinitely.

Every of these moments happened in a night festival.

I missed Asian New Year's celebration, and that's the only memory I had of my country.

This even looks fun..

Such moments have priority in making their photos, in front of all the others. Yours.

Beautiful captures once again Rain! Red must be a lucky color to be featured more during festivals.

And your definition of history is unique and inspiring. :)

A great capture of a historic moment...the warm reds and golds make the occasion very memorable and rich.

Oh, that looks so wonderful! I always enjoy those kinds of events and got to attend quite a few in India. Thank you for these great pictures since I doubt that I'll make it to Malaysia to see everything in person.

Living in the San Francisco area is so wonderful with its multiple ethnicities & varied cultural festivities in which to partake - from Chinese New Year to the Cherry Blossom Festival in Japan Town to a wonderful annual Greek Festival and much more. Still, I'd like to get to Malaysia to celebrate some of yours.
